Caught My Eye: Santa Rosa Swoncho

The title is a bit self-explanatory, but I plan on having a series of patterns or ideas for future projects that caught my eye. Today, I received a few issues of Amirisu, a “knitting lifestyle magazine.” They are very aesthetically coherent issues, and they also feature other crafts, like quilting and crochet, to create smaller projects in a knitter’s life. What’s funny, though, is that this pattern isn’t one that’s included in the issue I was flipping through, it was an ad near the start of the magazine. I love everything about this, the volume (which has widths up to 39″ across!), the color, the fall colors behind the model, the accent garter ridges. Not that I have any time to knit it soon, but what a dream to wake up and sit on the couch and read on a Saturday wearing this.
